Well, biggest problems with pugs are:

* Kickus Fastus. if your skillbar is not 100% identical to his skillbar you get kick, immediately without warning. You can get kick for stuff like NOT having aecho as SS or get kick for having reckless haste and enfeebling blood. Decent person would share his idea of imporvements and ask you to implement it. He could kick you, of course, if you dont coorepate but that is different thing. Wariant is "Buildus Oneus". This person asks for SS necro, if you reply to his as MM or something he gets balistic - obvisouly he never head of respecing and that it takes about 5 seconds to change build and equipment. You get kick and party still LFGs for build you are capable of.

* Leetus Maximus. This person is just ... leet ... he knows everything. he can give your monk advice to to ditch reversal of fortune in favor of divine healing (??), he will tell your mersmer how awesome stolen speed is. He is gonna call anyone who does nto share his views noob and he is usually firtst person to leave. BEWARE GIVING HIM ADVICE. Theese people usually have some kind of grind title.

* Ignor. This person ignores whatever tactics talk is being said, he might think he is way better than that, and he actually does exact oposite of what is being said. one step above him is Funnus Maximus. this person just wont cooperate. even worse than ignor ... all your requests to see his skillbar are denied and if he does it and you have some skill replacenet ideas (hey, ranger, ditch Aegis ffs, throw dirt would be more usefull) it is ignored politely. Worst breed of theese people are "cookie haters" people who absolutelly hate playing with builds that are not 100% theirs. They would even follow your lead and modify their skillbars, only to quickly reload their fav build from template just when you are about to enter mission. Then you find out too late. This is one to most anoying things in guildwars - yout think your group sat set of decent builds tailored to overcome area and then "fun loving mesmer" instead of being shutdown uses their ranger secodnary for more than just serpents quickness ... like pet and couple of bow attacks.

* Stupidus bashus. theese people seem just looking for chance to rage ... i had once ragequit monk because my warrior used longbow to pull (you are W/E you cant use f. bow to attack noob [ragequit] ). Expect to get verbally attacked when you die, when you move too fast or too slow, when you lag a bit.

Give me 7 newbies that listen to advice and act according to it. You can storm any mission with that kind of party way more effectivelly than with some veterans and "experts"

Yeah... I do have a knack for getting things amazingly wrong. ¬_¬

And you're right in guessing that I won't accept. I hate wasting time, but I hate wasting money all the more... and if anyone thinks I am going to give up on a guild that I have invested around 600,000 gold in purely for my own use... they'd hafta be out of their mind.
Did I mention at all that my solo-guild has the Shing-Jea style Guildhall with most of the amenities? [It only misses the scroll trader and the materials guys].

I'm a realist...shoot me.
For the record I am far more general-purpose Assassin than I used to be. Most days I just use a selection of pure-primary skills and Lightbringer's Gaze... ignoring the secondary entirely....
... BUT... that isn't the point.
The point is that I think in a manner entirely opposite to most people: I will not adhere to what is normal.... and as a general rule of thumb I will NOT be in the same group as a wammo (I am loathe to team up with warriors full stop, but wammos are anathema to me).

I am very often a Wammo and the only Monk skill I take is Rebirth.

What's wrong with that?
